Within the U.S. and Canada:
When ordering single issues, individuals send $7.50 plus a stamped, self-addressed 7 x 10" envelope with sufficient postage for 8 oz. The cost is $9 for institutions.

Abroad:
The cost of the magazine is the same as above for individuals and institutions, respectively. Include a self-addressed 7 x 10" envelope with sufficient international postal coupons for 8 oz.

Subscriptions

Double the amount for individual issues, observing the distinction between individual and institutional costs. Exclude envelopes and postage.
