Within the U.S. and Canada:
Individuals send $5 plus a 6 x 9" envelope with four 1st class stamps for postage when ordering single issues. The cost is $7 for institutions.

Abroad:
Same cost of the magazine for individuals and institutions, respectively. Include 6 x 9" envelope with sufficient in international postal coupons to send 6 oz.

Subscriptions:

Double the amount for individual issues, observing the distinction between individual and institutional costs. Exclude envelopes and postage.
